With the closure of Penhold Air Cadet Summer Training Center in 2014, the Reviewing Officer Lieutenant General Y.J. Blodin Commander of the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF), PACSTC held a ceremony to retire the PACSTC Banner. Sgt Gratton of 12 Edmonton Royal Canadian Air Cadet Squadron was the flag bearer for the PACSTC Banner Ceremony.
